The New Mexico Association for Home & Hospice is pleased to offer RCTCLEARN.NET, an online training for home care and hospice staff.

These courses are offered as a benefit to NMAHHC Members only -- at NO extra cost! Check out this short video for for more information on how you can begin using RCTC. 

This comprehensive group of online training courses was designed specifically for the home care and hospice industry, and provides quality training to Personal Care Attendants/Aides, Home Health Aides, Nurses, and Therapists.

Each course features fully-interactive curriculum created by the Business and Workforce Education Department at Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC).

An unlimited number of your staff may take as many courses as desired. These courses can be taken anytime and anywhere. Each course features printed certificates, links to quizzes and further information.

Continuing Education Information

The RCTCLEARN.NET Professional Continuing Education courses and the Professional End of Life courses have been designed to meet the ANCC requirements for continuing education.

RCTCLEARN.NET is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

According to ANCC, contact hours from ANCC Approved Providers are accepted by all RN licensing boards nationwide. If you question the acceptance of these contact hours, we suggest you contact your board of nursing directly.

How to Get Started

If you are a NMAHHC member, you can reach out to NMAHHC staff by emailing [email protected] to request tokens for your staff to utilize the RCTC benefit. When you request your tokens, you will need to let the staff know how many tokens you need for your agency. We strongly suggest that you designate an RCTCLEARN.NET coordinator within your agency to manage the distribution of the tokens.

1. Get your username and password from your supervisor or education coordinator
2. Read the Student Guide
3. Browse the Library
4. Login below
5. Click on the course of your choice
Each course includes a quiz. After completion of all quizzes in the course, you can print a certificate for your records. Also, you do not have to take an entire course at one time. You can save your work! Then, anytime you wish, you can continue where you left off. The system will keep track of each course you have completed.
